Give Betano one agency accountable for the social and community operation: a global X direction, locally run market accounts, an official Discord and creator activations that connect the whole journey.
3 connected workstreams1 Portugal pilotA market-by-market route to scale
Give fans a place to belong.
Betano’s football partnerships provide the starting point. An official Discord can turn matchday attention into a community that fans choose to return to, supported by a recognisable headquarters voice on X and content made for the moments that matter.
01
Build a community beyond the app
Discord gives eligible fans a place to discuss fixtures, share reactions and join approved events before and between visits to Betano. It complements Betano Social with a broader community experience, subject to platform and market approval.
02
Make every matchday last longer
Moderated match threads, creator conversations and community activities give fans reasons to return between campaigns. Direct community channels help Betano maintain a relationship with members, alongside the reach of algorithm-led social feeds.
03
Make the official voice easy to recognise
A headquarters X account can anchor the global brand and direct fans to official local accounts and community spaces. Consistent links, useful content and impersonation reporting help people find legitimate Betano destinations.
Plan around the rights Betano can activate in each market, from club content to creator reactions. Betano approves the assets, usage rights and local activity.
One brief. Three workstreams.
M3TA handles day-to-day planning, production and community operations. Betano retains account ownership, brand direction and final market and compliance approval.
01 / X
A headquarters voice. Local relevance.
A proposed global headquarters account gives Betano a clear official home on X. Local teams and local-language content bring that direction into each approved market and invite eligible fans into the community.
Confirm the official account map, access and ownership.
Establish a global editorial direction and approved local content pillars.
Run daily publishing, fixture coverage, replies and reactive creative within agreed service hours.
Build a verified-channel directory and consistent profile and pinned-post links.
Monitor suspected impersonation and manage reporting and escalation.
Review content, traffic and attributed acquisition each week.
What needs to be agreed
Global account ownership and handle availability, platform verification eligibility, market permissions, languages, production volumes and live-match coverage. Verification and takedowns are platform decisions.
02 / DISCORD
A community that brings fans back.
A place for eligible fans to connect around football, creators and shared moments, with regional spaces opened only after the relevant market and platform checks.
Design the server, onboarding, roles, permissions and regional structure.
Implement an agreed adult-access and market-eligibility process.
Plan regular community events, match threads, fan discussion and approved ticket or merchandise activations.
Develop community growth and retention strategies under Alexei Udall’s strategic oversight.
Provide 2 bilingual moderators covering English, Spanish and Portuguese, with agreed service hours.
Custom Discord bots with Betano branding are available if required.
Moderate daily, manage spam and scam filters, and escalate incidents.
Signpost responsible-gambling information and official customer support.
Provide detailed community analytics every 2 weeks, covering growth, participation, retention, events and moderation.
How we keep the role clear
No bets, payments or account servicing inside Discord. Native age settings and self-selected roles do not establish legal age or location. Betano and M3TA must approve the eligibility method, privacy handling and permitted journeys before launch. Separate regional servers remain an option where required.
03 / CREATORS
Local voices. Shared direction.
Start with a Portuguese creator and streamer shortlist, then develop local squads for markets approved for expansion.
Vet audience location, adult suitability, content history and brand fit.
Agree campaign briefs, disclosures, deliverables and usage rights.
Plan permitted match reactions, discussion formats and watch-alongs.
Connect each activation to the appropriate official social or community destination.
Use creator-specific tracking and review both audience quality and downstream results.
Expand through country leads with a fresh brief for each market.
Campaign boundaries
Creator fees, prizes and paid distribution require separate approval. Each creator and format needs market review. Watch-alongs refer to commentary and reactions; broadcast footage requires the appropriate rights.
Alongside the core programme
Instagram can support distribution and creative reuse. Its management scope would be agreed separately from the X, Discord and creator proposal.
Branding & content creation.
M3TA creates the content that makes the headquarters account worth following and gives fans a reason to join the conversation. We connect Betano’s approved identity, daily social creative and motion to the fixture calendar and community programme.
01 / VISUAL DIRECTION
One recognisable brand.
Translate Betano’s brand guidelines into a consistent social style, with local-language copy and market-approved assets.
02 / CONTENT SYSTEM
Formats people recognise.
Repeatable treatments for matchdays, club stories, product content and community prompts, adapted to each channel.
03 / PRODUCTION
Static and motion.
Branded graphics, animated posts and short-form edits delivered through the agreed calendar and approval process.
LEGENDZ.IO / SELECTED PRODUCTION

Connect approved creative to X distribution, local creators and community participation. Use tagged links and Betano’s agreed reporting to assess what happens beyond the click.
Agree the format mix, monthly quantities, languages, rights, turnaround times and approval owners within the commercial scope. Work follows Betano’s existing brand guidelines; a full corporate rebrand is not assumed.
One match. A longer conversation.
Each channel has a distinct job. This illustrative sequence shows how a fixture can move from discovery to participation, then into the next week’s content.
X + creator discovery
Start with a question fans want to answer.
Publish an approved fixture story and invite discussion. A local creator adds their view and directs eligible adult fans to Betano’s official community.

Market scope and expansion requirements
Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Peru are candidates for Spanish-language planning. Romania, Germany and Ontario would each require their own assessment. Brazil and Nigeria are excluded from this initial proposal; Greece and Cyprus are outside the Betano brand scope here. Every launch requires current market approval, language and staffing coverage, asset rights, platform suitability and an agreed budget.
Relevant work. Published results.
Community operations, creator campaigns and social production are already part of M3TA’s work. These published cases show the experience behind the proposed programme.

Follow the journey. Measure what follows.
X and creators introduce fans to Betano; Discord gives eligible fans a reason to participate and return. Where permitted, tracked journeys can lead to registration and first-time deposit. Betano’s approved reporting shows what can be attributed, rather than assuming community activity causes conversion.
